Kxv8 Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between the kxv8 platform and its users. By using the kxv8 website, mobile app, or any of its services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

In this document, "kxv8", "we", and "our" refer to the kxv8 operating authority. "User", "you", and "member" refer to any registered or unregistered individual using kxv8 services.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.

Providing accurate and complete information when registering at kxv8 is mandatory. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be closed at any time.

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are found, all accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth at the time of registration.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for account verification.
• It is solely the user's responsibility to keep their login password secure.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact kxv8 support immediately.

Kxv8 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Underage registration is prohibited, and any such account will be terminated immediately upon detection.

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• A National ID card or birth registration certificate is accepted as proof of age.
• Registration is not accepted from residents of countries where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Employees of kxv8 or any affiliated organization are not permitted to register.

Deposits at kxv8 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and other popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in BDT.

A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed on the platform. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Third-party payments are not accepted.
• If money laundering or suspicious transactions are detected, the account will be placed under investigation.
• You can set your own deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming settings.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact support.

Withdrawals at kxv8 are quick and straightforward. Funds typically arrive in your mobile banking account within 5 to 30 minutes of request approval.

A fully completed KYC verification is required to make withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will not be processed without it.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is specified on the platform.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• kxv8 reserves the right to freeze withdrawals and conduct an investigation if suspicious activity is detected.
• Daily or weekly withdrawal limits may apply.

All kxv8 bonus and promotional offers are subject to specific terms. Accepting a bonus automatically means the associated terms apply.

Each bonus has its own wagering requirement. Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until the wagering requirement is met. If bonus abuse of any kind is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once is prohibited.
• Bonuses have an expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• kxv8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are for gameplay use only.

To maintain a fair and transparent gaming environment, certain activities are strictly prohibited at kxv8. Any of the following may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

• Using software, bots, or any automated tools to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• Harassing, intimidating, or attempting to defraud other players is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion or using multiple accounts to manipulate outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds is strictly prohibited.
• Abusive behavior toward kxv8 support staff or other users is strictly prohibited.

Kxv8 believes gaming should be a healthy form of entertainment. Our goal is to help users build responsible gaming habits — free from addiction or financial harm.

Users can set their own deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits. Temporary or permanent self-exclusion is also available if needed.

• Set your own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Temporarily pause your account for a set period.
• Contact support to request Self-Exclusion.
• If you suspect a gaming addiction, seek help from a professional counselor.

Kxv8 treats user privacy as a top priority. Information collected at registration is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and relevant communications.

Kxv8 never sells user personal data to third parties. However, information may be shared when required by law or requested by a regulatory authority.

Kxv8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Violation of any clause of the Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or fraudulent information.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• If an underage user is identified.
• Extended periods of inactivity (in accordance with our inactivity policy).

Users may also request to close their account at any time. Any legitimately deposited funds will be returned following successful identity verification.

Kxv8 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an on-platform notification.
